Real founders, real numbers

Case Studies

How founders use Made4Founders to replace their SaaS stack, cut costs, and ship faster. Each study is written with the founder — real tools, real prices, real before/after numbers.

Case studies are coming

We're documenting our first cohort of founders right now — their stacks, their savings, their workflows. The first case studies will publish here within the next few weeks.

Want to be a case study? If you're using Made4Founders to replace 3+ tools, we'll write it for you. You get a free 500-word feature + logo + quote. We get real social proof.

The stack they left behind

Every case study opens with the full list of tools the founder was paying for before Made4Founders — Carta, Hootsuite, Buffer, DocuSign, Gusto, DocSend, Loom, plus the half-dozen browser tabs nobody ever talks about. Real subscription prices, real annual totals, real seat counts. No marketing math, no hypothetical ROI models — actual monthly invoices before and after consolidation.

The switch weekend

The founder walks us through their migration in their own words — what they moved first, what broke, what surprised them, and which teammates needed the most hand-holding. We include the actual Saturday-afternoon messages where they realized the cap table import worked, or where the social scheduler replaced their Hootsuite queue for Monday morning posts. No polished case study voice, no ghostwritten smoothness.

Ninety days later

Three months after the switch, we revisit the founder and publish the quarter-long outcome — SaaS spend delta, hours saved per week, features they use daily versus quarterly, and the things they still miss from the old stack (there are always a few). Every case study is a living document: we update numbers at the 90-day and 12-month mark so readers see long-term retention, not just the honeymoon quarter.

Why case studies over reviews

Anyone can rack up five-star reviews with a launch-week email blast. What actually helps a founder evaluate a startup platform is seeing another founder run the same math they're running right now: which tools got replaced, which workflows stuck, how long onboarding actually took, and what the bill looked like after the free trial ended. Every Made4Founders case study is written with the founder, approved by the founder, and published with links to the old tool invoices (redacted as needed) so the numbers are verifiable, not claimed.

We also publish the cases where founders decided Made4Founders wasn't the right fit — when they needed Carta's deeper 409A tooling, or when their social team genuinely used Hootsuite's inbox features we haven't built yet. Those are shorter, but they publish. The goal is to help the next founder make a decision they won't regret three months in.
